Merger News Update: September 2010
We are excited to inform you that the Kelly Federal Credit Union merger with Community Choice Credit Union has been approved by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) and the Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation (OFIR). However, no official merger decision can be made without the vote of our membership. You will receive an official notice and member ballot with your July statement. All official vote ballots must be returned by September 10, 2010 to be counted.
The entire board of directors supports this merger and the benefits that it will bring to all members of Kelly Federal Credit Union. We value your input and want to answer your questions and introduce you to the leaders and services of Community Choice.
